Visits occur at the charity’s location and take 2 or 3 hours. Topics may include: rebates, taxable/exempt supplies, input tax credits, reimbursements, grants and more. The Outreach Officer provides guidance to help the charity claim all eligible amounts and identify potential issues, in advance. A summary of relevant issues, recommendations and a Checklist of CRA publications is provided during each visit.
