As a follow-up to the RBC Future Launch Community Challenge, the RBC Youth Powering Community (YPC) online learning initiative will be available to youth aged 15-29 across Canada starting on March 5, 2020. 

We’re offering free, drop-in, online workshops on skills that help youth make changes in areas like health, food security, education, the environment, reconciliation, and more. Youth participants can suggest topics and vote to determine the workshop session content that follows.

In partnership with the RBC Foundation, participation in the online learning series is offered at no cost, and is open to youth and youth-led or youth-serving organizations and projects across Canada. To view the full Terms of Engagement and Community Agreement, click here.

The YPC initiative aims to spark new ideas, exchanges and networking opportunities for youth to connect with peers from across Canada through an online learning community. Every month, there will be an online session addressing a topic on social change and youth engagement, and the sessions will culminate with a Youth Summit in Banff, Alta. in October 2020.
